Pan Fried Red Snapper

  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 pound Red Snapper Fillet
  • 1/4 Lemon
  • Scott's Cajun Seasoning

Add butter and oil to heavy skillet on medium heat. Generously coat both side of Red snapper fillet wit Scott's Cajun Seasoning. Once butter is fully melted carefully place fillet in skillet. Allow to cook for 5 minutes without touching it. After 5 minutes flip and allow to cook for 3 minutes untouched. Remove fillet from skillet. Squeeze lemon over Snapper and serve with favorite vegetables.
